Orders

How do I place an order?
To order from BricksX11, simply browse our collection, add your items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We do not allow order modifications or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your items before checking out.

Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?
Not at this time, but we may offer them in the future.

Products

Are your products made from real LEGO®?
Our builds are made using genuine LEGO® bricks.
Our custom minifigures are not official LEGO® products — they are high-quality, custom-designed figures made using injection molding and Pad printing. They are designed to be fully compatible with LEGO®, and have the same quality!

Can I request a custom figure or build?
We don’t take custom requests at the moment, but we’re always expanding our collection. Stay tuned for new drops.

Will the minifigure's hands match the head’s color?
Yes, we ensure that our custom minifigures have matching hand and head colors where appropriate.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
We only ship orders on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
If you place an order during the week, it will be dispatched the upcoming weekend.

How long does shipping take?

  • UK Orders: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • International Orders: 5–15 business days after dispatch

Please note these are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please make sure your order is correct before checking out.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
